1/2 | cup | chopped green pepper | |

4 | cups | beef broth | |

|||
1 | cup | frozen whole kernel corn | |
|
|||
1 | can | diced tomatoes | |
|
|||
1 | pkg. | (9 oz.) frozen lima beans | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | frozen hash brown potatoes | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | carrots, cut into match sticks | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | fresh basil, chopped | |

|||
1 | bay leaf | ||
|
In a large saucepan brown beef and drain. Add onion and pepper and cook until tender. Stir in broth, corn, tomatoes, lima beans, potato, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, basil and bay leaf. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes
or until vegetables are tender. Discard bay leaf before serving.
